Offers Naturopathic Health support for all ages in a mobile or on line capacity to ensure naturopathic support is available for those individuals who are unable to attend clinic. I chose the name Younger years Naturopathic health support as I feel by aiming to educate from younger years the importance of healthy choices and living how to look after their own health will, support their body’s capacity to heal, and balance the body so that illness is less likely to occur in the future and will ensure minimal symptoms when illness does occur. This holistic approach to wellness, through support is encouraged to all, from young to elderly from all cultures, religion and individual diversities. Treating each person as an individual, ensures support is given for whole person, catering for their unique individual needs to enable health and wellbeing physically, emotionally and spiritually. The foundations focusing on the importance of a healthy diet, clean fresh water, sunlight, exercise and stress management.
A range of therapies are used to support the individual. Therapies may include Diet advice, nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, lifestyle advice, and referrals to tactile therapies, such as massage, acupressure or Bowen technique.
Assessments is undertaken with a thorough case taking of history, including diet, lifestyle, family background and environment, as well as the history of any illnesses or complaints. This is all completed in the initial consult form which is filled out and either posted or emailed back. A hair Analysis test is completed where your hair sample is tested against 600 different food and non-food items. Items scoring 85%+ are flagged as a potential source of intolerances. Nutrition guide identifies key nutrients potentially missing from your diet. We can currently identify up to 80 nutrients. Finally, A hair sample is tested against 24 unique metals. Metals can be ingested or absorbed by the body and are typically overseen as potential catalysts for intolerances. This process will take 2 weeks from receipt of the lab to finalise. Treatment plans are formulated & discussed based on case history, & complaints then together we discuss the proposed treatment plans to which therapies may include diet advice, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, lifestyle advice, and referrals to tactile therapies. either on email, phone, face time or via a mobile visit if requested within Lismore NSW area. On return of the test results further discussions are made to formulate any changes needed to be made on the treatment plan such as further supportive advice tailoring ways to support avoiding these intolerances, metals & toxins, adjustments to any dietary, or treatment advice that may be needed to better achieve set goals to support health and wellbeing.
Other assessment test are available if required for extra purchase such as blood analysis, stool and urine analysis, hair analysis & functional testing. These test can also be referred to your G.P if needed.
