What this package includes and how does it work.

Upon receiving booking and payment I will send via email or post an Initial consult form to fill out which dives into a thorough questioning of history, including diet, lifestyle, family background and environment, as well as the history of any illnesses or complaints, & medications. It may seem long, but the more I know about you the more we can formulate a treatment plan to suit your individual needs right down to the core of the issues presenting. This can either be posted to me or filled out & sent back via email. There will also be instructions on how to take a hair sample, which you will cut and post in a clean envelope to an address given. The hair tissue Analysis test is completed where your hair sample is tested against 600 different food and non-food items. Items scoring 85%+ are flagged as a potential source of intolerances. Nutrition guide identifies key nutrients potentially missing from your diet. We can currently identify up to 80 nutrients. Finally, some of the hair sample is tested against 24 unique metals. Metals can be ingested or absorbed by the body and are typically overseen as potential catalysts for intolerances. The hair sample may take 3-4 weeks to finalise from the time your hair sample is received and then results returned. In the meantime, treatment plans are formulated from case history, & complaints then together we discuss the proposed treatment plans to which therapies may include diet advice, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, lifestyle advice, and referrals to tactile therapies. This will take place on line, via email or phone, whichever you are most comfortable with. Then upon return of test results, I will forward to you a copy of the test results. We will discuss further supportive advice tailoring ways to support avoiding these intolerances, metals & toxins and adjust any dietary, or treatment advice that may be need changing to aim for our earlier set goals to support a path to achieving health and wellbeing.  I am available for questions any time during this time on phone between 10am-5pm Mon -Fri Sat 10-12 or email at any time.
