Cancellation policy

Cancellation of booked consult with rescheduled time is permitted within 2 hours of booked time & date. Cancellation of booking all together is permitted. Cancelling before HTMA is sent to the lab will be refund the full amount charged, however if cancelling after hair sample has been sent off for testing, then a fee for the test will be charged and a comprehensive report, will still be emailed to you on the return of the test results which will include

Introduction to your results and supportive measures and guidance such as diet advice to reduce further aggravation to your body with found intolerances.
The items that appear on your results
Where the items are found (i.e. where a particular tree originates, or what product contains the chemical)
The nutrients your body is lacking and advice on ways to ensure adequate nutrient levels dependent on your individual needs can be met.
