Upon receiving booking and payment I will give you call to secure a booking time and date. During this call we will arrange to send via email or post an Initial consult form for you to fill out which dives into a thorough questioning of history, including diet, lifestyle, family background and environment, as well as the history of any illnesses or complaints, medications. It may seem long but the more I know about you the more we can formulate a treatment plan to suit your individual needs right down to the core of the issues presenting. This initial form can either be posted to me or filled out & sent back via email prior to your consult.
The Initial consult will take place either via skype, face time, by phone or if more comfortable via email. During the consult we will discuss formulated treatment plan which may include recommended diet plans, nutritional supplements, herbal therapeutics including practitioner only formulas, life style changes, exercises, suggested further tests you may benefit from & any referrals to other modalities that may further help you reach your goal set in the consult.
